Management Team

On March 1, 2011, RailAmerica Inc. appointed Harold D. Tynes President of Atlas Railroad Construction, LLC. Mr. Tynes provides leadership in our ever changing industry. We’ve assembled a management team to provide our clients with a combination of technical and financial skills, coupled with in-depth industry experience.

Tynes joined RailAmerica in July 2007 as vice president and controller, and later became VP-financial services and treasurer. Prior to joining RailAmerica, he was chief financial officer for QualServ Corp.; corporate controller for Great Lakes Transportation LLC; and VP-finance for Precision Castparts Corp.
