Description of Work:
- Replacement of 26,000 grade 5 cross ties spanning a F.R. A. Class 5-90 track mile area including distribution, installation and proper disposal of old crossties, under traffic
- Furnish and replace 30,000 LF of 132# continuous welded rail including thermite and flash butt welding, distrubtion, and installation
- Replacement of 1,580 each switch timbers
- Complete rebuild of 19 each heavily used Pennsylvania Department of Transportation public road crossing with all associated deoutrs, undercutting, track replacement, timber and asphalt installation
